Isku has been chosen as one of the most inspiring growth companies in Europe by London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in its ‘1000 companies to inspire Europe 2018’ report. The report presents key companies for future European economic growth, innovation and job creation.
90-year-old Isku has renewed its operations boldly and grown its revenue considerably. Production has been centralized in Lahti and the company has invested 25 million euros in renewal of the production. Responsibility has been taken far and it shows in Isku’s products from design to production and finally to recycling.
”I consider Isku as a 90-year old start-up company. It describes the agile way to operate and continued renewal. I am pleased that our way to develop and renew has been recognized internationally”, says Isku’s CEO Arto Tiitinen.
Isku employs 750 people. All Isku’s production is centralized to Finland and Isku’s own sales operations are responsible that the customer promise is fulfilled. The amount of indirectly employed is remarkable greater through the subcontractor network and purchases.
